I am not good at modding so I am a bit daunted by this.ġ. It said to rename ustrek.exe to trek.exe then apply patch, but I can't find on ustrek.exe.Īnyway all help will be greatly appreciated, and if you can guide me through it, I would love that as well. So can I? And if so, how can I do it? I found a no cd patch on anthour site before I found this site, and it didn't work. The reason is, I have a bad habbit of leaving the cd's out lying around, and either my son gets a hold of them, or someone else does, and they get ruined. I havn't played other games because of this reason. I know it's not a big deal, but I just don't like doing it. I want to be playing BotF, but I don't because I don't want to take the cd's in and out. Now that I found anthour old game of mine, BG, I am playing that, but I find out, when I am not playing BG I am not playing BotF because, I don't want to be be changing cd's in and out all the time. My question today, is can I play the game without the cd?
